- New meal plans are posted on Wednesday of each week.
- I only post 6 meals in the plan to allow one night for leftovers, going out to eat, etc...
- In general the meals are flexible and do not need to be made in the order they are listed if one meal does need to be prepared before another (usually because the leftovers are used for the following meal) it will be stated in the meal plan.
- I live in Southern Minnesota and I do try to plan the meals around meat and produce sales at the grocery stores I shop at. I also plan for the season and take advantage of what produce is available in my garden and at the farmer's market. Grocery stores I shop at are: Sunshine Foods, Cub Foods, and HyVee.
